Food for Thought #4

If there were hundreds of hours in the day, I would grow all of my own vegetables, raise my own chickens, and zealously climb up the coconut tree to pick my own coconuts before milling them into coconut flour.

Unfortunately, time is limited, and to-do lists seem to expand beyond limitations. That’s why convenience foods definitely hold their place in one’s culinary arsenal, especially during the busy holiday season.

So, for all of you pie-lovers…

Happy Holidays to All!

No matter what part of the word you reside in, and no matter what holidays and traditions you celebrate, I wish everyone the best of seasons possible. My Christmas feast consisted of top round roast rolled around asparagus and red peppers. I am not only thankful for the lovely food that graced my holiday table, but I am thankful for each and every one of you who is taking the time to read these words right now.
