Naturally Festive

Happiest of Holidays to everyone, everywhere!! Perhaps even your food has received a heaping dose of celebratory colors with the generous dusting of red and green sprinkles on those holiday sugar cookies…

Let’s not forget that as delicious as all the sugar-plum-inspired sweets and treats are, the holidays also give us the gift of many naturally festive foods. From roots of red to leaves of green, here are some wholesome treats to get you into the holiday spirit…no food coloring required!

Steamed baby beets and spinach

Shrimp, red bell peppers, and asparagus with glucomannan noodles

DIY snack mix with beet chips and dry roasted edamame

Turkey, tomato, and avocado sandwiches

I wish you all the happiest, safest, and most delectable of seasons ever!! Cheers, my dear friends!
