They say blondes have more fun, and I’m always up for a good time. Since, however, I have never been brave enough to stray from the dark chocolatey brown-hued tresses I have always been used to, why not do so vicariously through…dessert?!
If there were hundreds of hours in the day, I would grow all of my own vegetables, raise my own chickens, and zealously climb up the coconut tree to pick my own coconuts before milling them into coconut flour.
Unfortunately, time is limited, and to-do lists seem to expand beyond limitations. That’s why convenience foods definitely hold their place in one’s culinary arsenal, especially during the busy holiday season.
