Bento #9

With the holidays right around the corner, this party in Bento-ville is inspired by one of my favorite entertaining appetizers: the classic shrimp cocktail. These small but mighty protein powerhouses aren’t the only ones invited, however. Also on the guest list are glucomannan noodles (which I absolutely love for their numerous health benefits) along with a simple and easy homemade cocktail sauce. After inviting a few extra accompaniments, the result is another wholesome, fun, and delicious meal that is well worth celebrating!

Clockwise from top left:

1. Quinoa clusters

2. Plain Greek yogurt with blueberries

3. Roasted seaweed snacks

4. Shrimp Cocktail Noodles
4 ounces cooked shrimp
1-8 ounce package glucomannan noodles
2 tablespoon ketchup
Wasabi powder
to taste
Freshly squeezed lemon juice
