Bento #8

If you aren’t already bento-ing, it’s time to take a dip into the world of organized eating! I love to combine homemade elements with convenience foods to create a meal that is as tasty to the eyes as it is to the palate. This edition features a high-volume dip that is protein-packed, vegetarian, and gluten-free.

Clockwise from top left:

1. Celery sticks with prepared powdered peanut butter

2. Orange segments

3. Lentil Crackers

4. Five-Layer Dip
1-5 ounce container plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup cooked beans
1 ounce shredded cheese
1 tablespoon diced tomatoes
As many 
jalapeño slices as you can handle

Minus a few fresh ingredients, I have provided the links for everything you need (including a bento set and an insulated sleeve) below so you can recreate this simple, yet different-from-your-everyday-sandwich meal for yourself.
