Bento #6

Go bento or go home!!

Clockwise from top left:

1. Roasted seaweed snacks

2. Unsalted sprouted almonds

3. Chocolate Covered Rice Crackers
8 plain or sesame rice crackers
2 squares no sugar added dark baking chocolate

Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe container on low power until smooth. Dip each cracker into the chocolate and place on wax paper to fully cool and harden.

4. Shrimp Skewers with Teriyaki Sauce
4 ounces cooked and peeled shrimp, tails on
2 tablespoons Liquid Aminos or reduced sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon molasses
Garlic and ginger powder to taste

Thread the shrimp onto wooden skewers (cut the skewers as needed to fit in the bento). Combine the remaining ingredients and serve alongside the shrimp.
