A Full Week of Full Plates: Sunday

Throughout last week I gave you a look into my lifestyle of making high-volume food choices to deliver utmost portion satisfaction while steering clear of overindulgence. My apologies for this slightly delayed post for the final installment. Sometimes life gets busier than we expect, but I assure you, I indeed had the time to enjoy the following feast:

• Small Red Bean Cake
Homemade Dark Chocolate Covered Edamame (recipe to come)
 Millet puffs with yogurt
• Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein “Ice Cream” (recipe to come)
…And a bunch of other stuff.

There you have it. The beauty of choosing a volumetric lifestyle can equate to the difference between a ton of feathers and a ton of bricks…or rather an entire cake versus a mere sliver. Eating large portion sizes by no means has to result in a compromise of healthy and tasty foods. I hope I have inspired you to have your cake, eat the whole thing, and have a bunch of other stuff on the side! I give you my utmost gratitude for your interest, and if you would like to incorporate more high-volume foods into your meals, please take a gander at my recipes.

I hope you enjoy everything you eat today and always. From the bottom of my stomach to yours, cheers!!
