1. Creamy Cole Slaw
1 cup cole slaw mix
2 tablespoons Creamy Dressing
2. Barbecue Beans
1/2 cup cooked beans
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon molasses
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Onion powder, garlic powder, and salt to taste
***NOTE: reserve approximately 1-2 tablespoons of the sauce before mixing with the beans
3. Dill pickles
4. Barbecue Chicken with Noodles
3 ounces cooked and sliced chicken breast brushed with some of the reserved barbecue sauce
4 ounces NoOodle
1 ounce low-fat cheese
Sliced bell peppers
Remaining barbecue sauce for dressing
There definitely is never a bad time for a bento!
