Bento #3

Here is another bento idea to spark your interest. Thanks to the power of high-volume ingredients including crabmeat, mushrooms, and fat-free Icelandic yogurt, this box full of bounty is as satisfying as it is delicious!


Clockwise from top left:

1. Zucchini with Dip
1/2 medium zucchini, cut into sticks
1 tablespoon creamy dressing
1 tablespoon ketchup

2. Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake Pudding
5 ounces fat-free skyr
2 tablespoons powdered erythritol
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon peanut powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

3. Roasted broad beans

4. Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms
6-8 small raw mushroom caps, stems removed
2 ounces canned crabmeat, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons fat-free skyr
1 tablespoon creamy dressing
Chopped fresh chives
Onion and garlic powder to taste
