Bento #2

Wait no more…the next bento meal has arrived!


Clockwise from top left:

1. Waldorf Salad
5 ounces Greek yogurt or skyr
1/2 chopped apple
Handful chopped celery
Handful chopped walnuts or almonds

2. Dry roasted edamame

3. Carrots with Ranch Dip
4-5 baby-cut carrots
2 tablespoons Creamy Dressing
Onion powder, garlic powder, and dill to taste

4. DIY Deli Platter
2 ounces sliced turkey
1 1/2 ounces low-fat cheese, such as cheddar and mozzarella
Rice crackers

Serve this as a snack or small meal, or as part of a larger meal if you have a bottomless stomach-sized appetite like I do. Enjoy!
