Happy Feasting to All!

I would like to take the opportunity to wish everyone the happiest of holidays possible! Food is such a noteworthy part of the this time of year, but at the same time, that wonderful holiday feast you will be savoring would not be possible without friends, family, and the care and effort taken to prepare it.

I hope you are all enjoying the time with your loved ones around a table filled with many lovely things to eat. For the grand finale to my Christmas meal, I made red and green cupcakes with carob icing. And yes, I ate an entire batch on my own. Nonetheless, I was beyond happy to prepare a humble holiday meal for my mother and I and share my love for cooking with her, as I do every single day of my life as her caregiver. I hope that everyone has the opportunity to spend the holidays with at least one person who is dear to you.

Cheers to everybody, and I wish you all a blessed holiday and all the best possible luck in the coming new year. Much love!
